SHIPPING:

Shipments tracked by courier and tracking always provided to the buyer.
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of payment date.

• Shipments to Italy: free for total orders equal to or greater than 100.00 euros. For total orders equal to or less than 99.90 euros, shipping costs 4.90 euros.
• Shipments abroad (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary): at a cost of 16.90 euros.

In Italy parcels will be sent with Poste Italiane or Bartolini, abroad with UPS or Bartolini/DPD.

WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer has the right to return the purchased item within 14 working days from the delivery date (the shipping company's tracking will prevail) and must be accompanied by the receipt present in the package. The return request must be previously provided to the seller via email at vicatass87@gmail.com . The item must be returned in the same conditions and packaging in which the buyer received it. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility and risk of the buyer.
